For Teens

A modern practice for a louder world.

Between the noise of social media and the pressure of what's next, being a teenager today is a lot. I've been there — and I'm here to help you navigate it.

The Approach — Teens

Meeting teens where they actually are.

A space to talk about what high school is really like — the group chats, the college pressure, the complicated friendships, and the 11 p.m. spirals.

01

A first conversation

A free 15-minute intro call with the parent, then a low-pressure first session with the teen. The fit has to work for them, not just for you.

02

Weekly sessions

50 minutes, in-person on the Upper East Side or virtual across New York state. Confidential, consistent, and genuinely their space.

03

Skills that stick

We build language for anxiety, tools for hard conversations, and self-awareness that shows up in the classroom, at home, and online.

For Parents

You want them to thrive, not just survive.

Anxiety in teens is at an all-time high, and they're growing up in a world we didn't — one where social media never sleeps and the stakes feel constant.

I offer a space where your teen feels heard by someone who speaks their language, backed by clinical training from the University of Pennsylvania.

What to expect as a parent

  • A free 15-minute intro call so you can ask anything before we begin
  • Clear expectations around confidentiality — and when I would loop you in
  • Support helping your teen build the language to communicate needs at home
  • A bridge between their world and yours, without you having to guess
