Who I Work With
I work with teens, young adults, and adults across New York — in-person on the Upper East Side and virtually across the state.
Teens
Between the noise of social media and the pressure of what's next, being a teenager today is a lot. This is a space to talk about the group chats, the college pressure, complicated friendships, the 11 p.m. spirals, and the tension with parents. Parents are part of the process, too — with check-ins, guidance, and practical ways to support your teen at home so the work doesn't stay confined to the therapy room.
Young Adults
Post-grad, early career, apartments, heartbreaks, real decisions. The years after high school and college can be exciting, confusing, and surprisingly lonely. Therapy is a place to sort through anxiety, relationships, career questions, identity, and life transitions—so you can move forward with more confidence and clarity.
Adults
Career pressure, relationship questions, burnout, changing priorities, and the quiet realization that you can have it mostly together and still feel stuck. Therapy is a space to slow down, untangle what's weighing on you, and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.
